Our mission

Give every operator real-time visibility into their network. Open, auditable, and reliable enough to trust in the hardest-to-reach places. ServiceRadar is built for constrained edges, segmented sites, and teams that need one operational picture instead of a pile of tools that do not share context.

How we work

We build in the open. ServiceRadar is developed as a public Apache 2.0 project, and we favor open protocols, open data, and architecture teams can reason about and audit under load. Commercial work exists to make that open platform effortless to run in production, not to lock you in.

  • Open source first. The full platform is yours to run, inspect, and extend.
  • Built for the edge. Networks are constrained and outages are normal. The product is designed around that.
  • Security and auditability by default. From sandboxed plugins to inspectable automation, operators should be able to trust what the system is doing.
  • AI-native operations. Ask questions, surface anomalies, and forecast capacity with AI grounded in live topology, telemetry, and logs.
